Lack of privacy in certain rooms!!! The pool hours were ridiculous as it opened too late!!! Issues with housekeeping oversight could be easily addressed to improve guest experience!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Chamartin rail station, making it easy to explore Madrid. Our Suite Family Room was spacious, perfect for mom and the kids. We enjoyed the fantastic breakfast, especially the honeycomb!
For dads, it would be great to have more activities for the kids.
