Lack of privacy in certain rooms!!! The pool hours were ridiculous as it opened too late!!! Issues with housekeeping oversight could be easily addressed to improve guest experience!!!

The location for Madrid was particularly good, near to bossy, and Madrid center. I dined close to the hotel at Ni Hao Arturo Soria. Loved the double room with comfortable bed, good firm mattress, tea I was given. The breakfast was varied with cheese, salad, available foods, and the restaurant's offer was outstanding❤

Thanks you all! Relaxing hip new place, it has magnificent and perfect location near to city centre, the cocktail bar and motorways.

The hotel was OK located in a silent neighbourhood not far from a metro station.

The pool was still closed and this wasn't indicated on the website.

Comfortable rooms, convenient location, with easy access to public transportation, just 0.5 km from the nearest metro station, making it simple to explore the city.

Big, comfortable bed, this is important. Comfortable pillows. Heating/AC good, works well and is intuitive.Very big TV. Wifi works well. I was upgraded to a superior room (from a double standard to a COOL room) for the same price.

I entered I found some tickets of the previous guest on a table, it's an ugly detail because it makes you doubt the cleanliness of the room after the departure of the previous client. One of the lamps didn't work, rest did. you enter the hotel the floor and steps are covered with brown paper glued with tape, one of the elevators is covered with plywood sheets, it gives a regular impression. It is in a residential area where there are not many services around, not that it is bad, you just have to know this fact before staying.

The meals, while good, could have offered more variety. I particularly enjoyed the quiet room ambiance that allowed for a good night's sleep. The pool area was both neglected and lacked seating options, disappointing.

It is very well located. The decor is nice.

Lack to attention to detail. It looks nice, but the finishes are a bit cheap. Hated the fact that a double bed, was actually to individual beds put together! Even with individual linen.

Everything is excellent, the people, the room, the price, the food

The location is a lit bit far from the city center, but near metro, around 10 minutes walk.

The room was sweet as, real comfy with a good shower. But the pool area was a letdown, only wet grass to sit on, and it was a bit cold as well.

all of my needs - internet connectivity, access to cable tv, dining facilities nearby - could be met without complication.

even though there were several empty rooms on my floor, two guests were placed in the room immediately next door. They made a good deal of noise late into the night, and also smoked - which woke me up and prevented me from falling back asleep. as a result I was completely exhausted upon embarking on a long journey the next day.I did report this to the reception desk upon leaving the hotel, and the desk clerk was sympathetic and apologetic. But it calls attention to lack of a noise barrier between rooms.
